Integrated Facility Management Company (IFMC)- APLEONA Egypt- is a joint venture between APLEONA GmbH- which is considered Europe’s prominent facility management company- and APLEONA Group GmbH on one hand, and Delawar Facility Management Company (DFMC), Egypt’s leading facility management service provider, on the other.
With over a quarter century of experience in construction and management of both commercial and residential real estate, IFMC offers comprehensive facilities management- merging the German experience with the local knowledge- to all kinds of projects; such as: residential complexes, private-sector companies, government authorities, and financial institutions throughout Egypt and also provides engineering consultations.
